Best Pizza In Baton Rouge
I’m a big time pizza guy. If I had to pick one thing to eat for the rest of my life, pizza might be it. Crispy, cheesy, saucy, goodness gracious it's incredible. Bad pizza is still better than a lot of other foods. And I will not be convinced otherwise. Baton Rouge has a lot of good pizza places, but here’s my top recommendations.

Reginelli's Pizzeria
A long-standing pizza joint in Baton Rouge, and for good reason, Reginelli’s has some super solid pizza. They have some fun toping options and their beer comes out practically frozen. They run $4 pitcher specials on Mondays and Tuesdays, as if great pizza wasn’t enough to get you there. I’m told that their Detroit-style pizza is unreal but I haven’t gotten a chance to try it yet so i need to go soon! If you’re looking for a good pizza spot in Baton Rouge, give them a shot!

Red Zepplin Pizza
I’m a big fan of Red Zeppelin. Many years ago their calzone special single-handedly got me through college. Their pizza is always consistent and their ingredients are always fresh. They let me put boudin on pizza. What more do I need? Their patio is solid and they have quite a few drink specials throughout the week. Give them a try if you haven’t in a while!

Rocca Pizzeria
One of Baton Rouge’s first wood-fired pizza options, Rocca has a really interesting mix of casual and elevated. I’d feel comfortable in shorts and a t-shirt, but I wouldn't feel out of place with slacks and a button down on date night either. Their pizza is solid and delicious. Their Cocktails are really good. And their happy hour just might be the best in Baton Rouge. If you go, get the bread knots.
