Best Sit-Down Restaurants In Baton Rouge
In my mind, a sit-down restaurant is just that, a restaurant where you sit and a server takes care of everything else! These Baton Rouge “Sit-Down” restaurants have a slightly lower price point than the upscale restaurants but still deliver quite the punch when it comes to quality service and ridiculous food. Doe's Eat Place
One of the all around best vibes in Baton Rouge, a no frills, casual environment that serves up some of the best steaks in the city. Their famous tamales with chili are worth the order too. Doe’s is one of those places in the city that doesn’t get talked about as much as some of the more trendy restaurants, but it’s easily one of the best restaurants in Baton Rouge.

Bistro Byronz
Bistro Byronz has some slamming items on its menu. Their “Back Of The Stove Chicken” is suspiciously good. And the pork chops are some of my favorite in Baton Rouge. The vibe is cool because it’s relatively casual but also a great spot for a slightly elevated date night! They have great cocktails, and a good wine selection as well! They also have an approach-ably priced lunch menu that I’m thankful for! They have two locations across Baton Rouge which is convenient but also gives need to double check which location your’re suppose to be going to! Give them a shot soon!

BLDG 5
BLDG5 is like stepping out of the city and into some kind of greenhouse meets modern lounge. They use only the best ingredients to make sandwiches, protein plates, and their well known sharable dinner boards! These boards are set-up similar to charcuterie boards but it’s not just a grown-up lunchable. It’s a full meal with proteins, vegetables, sides, you name it. Their cocktails are on point and the food is unmatched. My wife and I go there every couple months and aren’t stopping anytime soon.
